Service Plans and Pricing
ForgeSoftwares currently offers the following standard plans:
Basic

Pro
₹11,999 / $200

One-time payment
- These prices are
subject to change.
- The price shown on the
ForgeSoftwares website or in the project confirmation at the time of a new purchase will
apply to that project.
- ForgeSoftwares does
not currently operate these plans as monthly subscriptions.
- Custom projects or
additional services may have separate pricing.

Project Confirmation
Before work begins, ForgeSoftwares may provide the Client with a written project
confirmation or order summary containing relevant information such as:
- Selected plan
- Project price
- Main project
requirements
- Services included
- Important project
details
The Client should review the project information and communicate any important corrections
before work begins.

Payment
A 40% advance payment is required before work begins.
The remaining 60% is payable after the agreed website or project has been
completed and before final launch, transfer, or handover, as applicable.
The advance payment allows ForgeSoftwares to commit development time, resources, tools, and
project capacity to the Client's work.

Advance Payment and Cancellation
Once the required 40% advance has been paid and work has started, the advance
payment is non-refundable.
If the Client chooses to cancel the project after work has started, the amount already paid
will not be refunded. This is because ForgeSoftwares may have already committed development
time, resources, tools, and project work to the project.

Final Payment
The remaining 60% must be paid before final launch, transfer, or handover of the completed
project, as applicable.
Once the completed project has been delivered and accepted by the Client, payments already
made for the completed work are non-refundable.
ForgeSoftwares may withhold final handover, transfer, or launch until the outstanding
balance has been paid.

Project Delivery
ForgeSoftwares aims to complete projects within the agreed or communicated timeframe.
Project timelines may change when the Client delays:
- Required information
- Content
- Images or files
- Approvals
- Feedback
- Account access
- Domain or hosting
access
- Other information or
actions required to complete the project
Client-caused delays may extend the expected delivery date.

Revisions and Changes
For all standard plans, the first 2 days after delivery of the first completed
version include free changes and support related to the original project. The
2-day period begins on the day the first completed version is delivered to the Client.
Basic and Pro:
• Minor change: ₹50 / $1
• Major change: ₹150 / $3
ForgeSoftwares will inform the Client of the
applicable charge before carrying out the requested change.
Premium:
Premium Clients receive unlimited
revisions within the original project scope.

Changes Outside the Original Scope
Requests that go beyond the original project may require additional payment. This may
include:
- New pages
- New features
- New integrations
- Major functionality
- Significant redesigns
- Additional development
work
- Other substantial
requests outside the agreed project
ForgeSoftwares may provide a separate price before carrying out such work.

Client Content and Materials
Clients may provide their own logos, images, videos, text, graphics, branding materials, or
other project content. ForgeSoftwares may use these materials to complete the requested
project.
If the Client does not have suitable materials, ForgeSoftwares may create or source
appropriate materials as part of the agreed service.
ForgeSoftwares may use third-party images, fonts, icons, templates, plugins, APIs, software,
or other resources where appropriate and subject to the applicable licenses or terms.

Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for confirming that information supplied for their website or
project is accurate. This includes:
- Business information
- Prices
- Product information
- Service information
- Contact details
- Claims and statements
- Legal or regulatory
information
- Client-provided
content
ForgeSoftwares is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied or
approved by the Client.

Copyright and Client Materials
The Client must have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use materials
supplied to ForgeSoftwares, including copyrighted images, videos, logos, text, music,
graphics, documents, and other materials.
The Client is responsible for claims arising from materials they provide without the
required rights or permissions.

Domain Names
Where a domain is required, the domain should be registered using the Client's own name,
details, or account wherever reasonably possible. ForgeSoftwares may use access to the
domain to configure and develop the Client's project but does not claim ownership of the
Client's domain.
- Basic
Plan: Domain registration is not included.
- Pro and
Premium Plans: One domain may be included for the first year, subject to
the applicable plan and domain availability.
After the included first year, the Client is responsible for domain renewal costs.
ForgeSoftwares may remind the Client when renewal is approaching, but the Client remains
responsible for ensuring that the domain is renewed on time. ForgeSoftwares is not
responsible for domain expiry, suspension, loss, or website inaccessibility caused by
failure to renew a domain.

Hosting
Hosting may be included with ForgeSoftwares plans. Where GitHub or another hosting platform
is used, the website may be hosted through that platform according to its applicable terms
and technical limitations. Hosting arrangements may vary depending on the project.

Website and Digital Ownership
ForgeSoftwares acts as a service provider and developer. ForgeSoftwares does not claim
ownership of the Client's business, domain, or completed website solely because
ForgeSoftwares developed it.
Subject to full payment and any applicable third-party licenses or restrictions, the Client
receives control of the completed project and relevant accounts or credentials as
applicable. The Client is responsible for securing account credentials after handover.

Handover
After the required payments, final approval, and project requirements have been completed,
ForgeSoftwares may provide the Client with relevant access or credentials required for the
completed project. Where applicable, an ownership or handover confirmation may also be
completed.
The Client should change passwords and secure their accounts after receiving access.

Third-Party Services
Some projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting platforms, domain
registrars, payment providers, APIs, AI services, plugins, software platforms, and external
integrations.
ForgeSoftwares cannot guarantee the continued availability, pricing, features, or policies
of independent third-party services. If a third-party service changes or becomes
unavailable, ForgeSoftwares may need to modify the project or discuss an alternative
solution.

AI-Assisted Development
ForgeSoftwares may use AI tools and technologies as part of its development, design,
writing, research, automation, or software workflow. These tools may include Claude, Gemini,
Grok, and other modern AI technologies.
AI-assisted work remains subject to the agreed project requirements and human development
and review processes.

Business Results
ForgeSoftwares provides technology, development, design, and automation services.
ForgeSoftwares does not guarantee specific business results, including sales, revenue,
customers, leads, search rankings, website traffic, business growth, conversion rates, or
profit. Results depend on many factors outside ForgeSoftwares' control.

Prohibited Projects and Use
ForgeSoftwares does not knowingly create or support projects intended for illegal or harmful
activities. This includes projects involving:
- Fraud
- Scams
- Phishing
- Malware
- Hacking or
unauthorized access
- Illegal activities
- Deceptive systems
- Pornographic or
sexually explicit services
- Other unlawful or
harmful purposes
ForgeSoftwares may refuse a project before work begins or suspend or terminate a project if
prohibited use is discovered.

Client Conduct
ForgeSoftwares expects Clients to communicate professionally. ForgeSoftwares may suspend or
cancel a project if a Client engages in serious or repeated abuse, threatening behavior,
harassment, misuse of ForgeSoftwares services, or violations of these Terms &
Conditions.
Payments already made may remain non-refundable in accordance with these Terms.

Portfolio and Marketing
ForgeSoftwares may showcase completed Client projects in its portfolio, website, social
media, or marketing materials. This may include the Client's business name, logo, website,
project description, and public business information. Where appropriate, Client testimonials
or feedback may also be used when provided.
Clients who require restrictions on portfolio use may discuss this with ForgeSoftwares
before or during the project.

Confidentiality and NDA
Clients may request a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if formal confidentiality
protection is required. If an NDA is signed, its terms will apply to the confidential
information covered by that agreement.

Invoices
ForgeSoftwares provides invoices by email for applicable purchases or projects. An invoice
may show total project price, amount paid, remaining balance, payment status, and relevant
project information. Clients may print or retain invoices for their records.

Cancellation and Termination
A Client may request cancellation of a project. However, cancellation does not automatically
create a right to a refund. The 40% advance remains non-refundable once work has
started.
ForgeSoftwares may also suspend or terminate a project where the Client seriously violates
these Terms, engages in prohibited activity, or repeatedly fails to provide information or
cooperation necessary to complete the project.

Limitation of Service Responsibility
ForgeSoftwares will make reasonable efforts to deliver services according to the agreed
project requirements. ForgeSoftwares is not responsible for problems caused primarily by:
- Client-provided
information
- Client-provided
materials
- Third-party platforms
- Domain expiry
- Client account issues
- Unauthorized changes
made after handover
- Client misuse of the
website or software
- Changes made by
third-party providers

Updates to These Terms
ForgeSoftwares may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version
will be published on the official ForgeSoftwares website. The Effective Date will indicate
the current version.
